Breathe Easy Colchester

Your local support group for people with lung conditions, Breathe Easy meetings are held on the 3rd Friday of each month at 10.30am.

As a member of Breathe Easy you can also join the Heavy Breathers Exercise group on Thursdays 2.00pm-3.00pm and Singing for Lung Health Thursdays 3.00pm-4.00pm.

Essex Wellbeing Service

The Essex Wellbeing Service supports people in the community and at work with a range of health, wellbeing and welfare needs. We help people access information and support to stay healthy, safe and well from help to quit smoking to supporting families adapt to ‘new normal’.
