Make sure you and your baby are protected
Pregnant women need to have their whooping cough vaccination. You can have it at your GP practice from week 16 of your pregnancy. Planned appointments help to keep vulnerable pregnant mums safe from COVID-19.
Vaccination appointments count as an important medical reason to leave your home.
New Pregnancy Bookings
All new pregnancy bookings should now be completed online by using the self referral system.
Please visit www.esneft.nhs.uk/self-referral-to-colchester-maternity-services to complete the self referral form and email as directed. You will then be contacted to arrange the booking and the scan.
BabyCentre® — the #1 pregnancy and parenting digital resource — reaches more than 45 million mums globally each month in 9 different languages. We reach 8 in 10 new and expecting mums online in the UK.
